Becky Snell

Becky Snell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over three decades in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager and previously as Senior HR Partner at Gloucestershire College since August 2017, Snell has made significant contributions to HR management. Prior to this, Snell was an HR Advisor at Ageas in the UK for nearly a year and held various HR positions at Gloucestershire College, including HR Manager from November 2013 to November 2016. Earlier career experiences include roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where Snell advanced from Customer Service Manager to Regional Resource Manager, and at NatWest in customer service roles. Snell holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from the University of Gloucestershire and a Certificate in HR Practice from Gloucestershire College.
