Ali Kas

Ali Kas is a seasoned professional in executive recruitment with extensive experience in managing candidate lifecycles and leading recruitment processes for global clients. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Loftus Bradford since June 2023, Ali is responsible for overseeing end-to-end executive recruitment assignments. Prior to this role, Ali worked as an International Client Partner at PharmaTalent Inc. from September 2022 to June 2023, contributing to talent acquisition solutions for Life Sciences companies. Experience also includes positions as Executive Recruitment Manager and Lead Recruiter at Alshaya Group from July 2014 to May 2022, and as Research Associate at Pedersen & Partners from April 2012 to June 2014.
