Melanie Jacobs-Romero, PSM-1

Melanie Jacobs-Romero has a diverse work experience, showcasing their skills in project management and leadership. Melanie is currently a Senior Project Manager at GLOW Social & Digital Agency, where they lead project lifecycles and collaborates with various departments to ensure successful delivery. Melanie Jacobs-Romero, PSM-1, completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Museum Studies at UCL from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Santa Clara University, specializing in History with minors in Political Science and Sociology, from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their academic degrees, Melanie has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Melanie obtained the PSM 1 certification from Scrum.org in August 2020 and completed the Scrum Master Certification Preparation course from Udemy in July 2020. Furthermore, Melanie has a certification in Managing Projects with Microsoft Teams from LinkedIn, which they obtained in May 2020.
