Michael Pierce

Michael Pierce is the current Chief Sales Officer at Glow Recipe. Prior to this, they were the CSO at Briogeo Hair Care from August 2019 to September 2022. Michael has also held the position of SVP of Global Retail Sales & Trade Marketing at Olaplex LLC from May 2018 to August 2019, and Vice President, Trade Marketing and Sales at Luxury Brand Partners, LLC from March 2016 to May 2018. From June 2014 to March 2016, they were Executive Director, NA Specialty/Multi-Sales and Trade Marketing at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics & Bumble and bumble., and prior to that they were North America Executive Director of Retail Sales & Trade Marketing at Bumble and Bumble from April 2011 to March 2016. Michael began their career in cosmetics as a Global Sales Director at Hourglass Cosmetics from September 2005 to April 2011.

Michael Pierce completed a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from San Francisco State University. Michael then went on to get their certification from Bryn Mawr College in ELC at BRYN MAWR.
