Max Levchin

Max Levchin has held several prominent positions throughout their career. In 2012, they founded Affirm, Inc. and served as CEO, with a focus on delivering honest financial products to improve lives. Max also founded HVF Labs in the same year, where they operated as President and collaborated with teams to start new companies. Additionally, Levchin co-founded Glow, Inc., a data science company empowering women and couples to manage their sexual and reproductive health. Levchin has played significant roles as a board member for various companies, including Unity Technologies, Mixpanel, Evernote, Yahoo, and Yelp. Max has also served as an Advisory Board Member for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In 2017, Levchin founded SciFi VC and became its General Partner.

Max Levchin attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
