Sylvia Slaughter

Sylvia Slaughter is a seasoned professional in fund management and investor relations with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Fund Management Europe at GLP Capital Partners since September 2018, Sylvia has held various leadership roles in the industry, including Director of Investor Relations at Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust, where Sylvia was instrumental in the firm's growth to a $3.8 billion privatization by Blackstone Group. Previous roles include consulting for private equity real estate at Idaeus Capital Advisors, and significant positions at Goodman, Carpathian Asset Management, Oxford Properties Group, and Cadillac Fairview. Sylvia is also enhancing governance expertise through education at IMD and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School.
