Tim Hull

Tim Hull, CPA, currently serves as Vice President - Accounting at GLP Capital Partners since December 2021. Prior to this role, Tim Hull held various positions at KPMG from October 2008 to December 2021, culminating in the role of Audit Senior Manager, where oversight was provided for financial statement audits of public and private companies with revenues ranging from $425M to $2.5B, primarily in real estate, investment management, and leisure. Tim Hull also led multiple auditing projects as a Manager, focusing on real estate clients and training senior associates in specialized accounting areas. As a Senior Associate, Tim Hull managed engagements for public real estate investment trusts, and as an Associate, significant financial analyses were conducted to identify accounting irregularities. Tim Hull earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
