Paul Irwin-Dudek is a seasoned nonprofit executive with extensive experience in development, marketing, and program management. Currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director for Development at GLSEN since October 2022, Paul focuses on creating safe and affirming learning environments for LGBTQ students. Previous roles include Chief Development & Marketing Officer at Youth INC, where Paul empowered grassroots organizations to deliver youth opportunities, and Chief Development Officer at Genesys Works, overseeing revenue growth to support underserved high school students. Paul has also held key positions at the Joyful Heart Foundation, National Kidney Foundation, Autism Speaks, and the American Cancer Society, demonstrating a strong commitment to advocacy and community service across various sectors. Paul co-founded the Somerset County Association of Young Professionals and has a background in volunteer services with United Way and corporate social responsibility at AT&T. Paul’s educational credentials include studies at Tyler Junior College, University of Texas at Tyler, and Thomas Edison State University.
