As Director, Sales Enablement Natale Sarris is responsible for the strategy, architecture, and execution of the sales enablement model and key deliverables to support the Client Wealth Management and Wealth Planning teams at Gluskin Sheff.
Natale has over 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry driving global brand and client-centric marketing strategy and supporting leading distribution teams to facilitate augmented client experiences.
Prior to joining Gluskin Sheff, she was the Head of Channel Marketing at Vanguard Investments Canada where she led product marketing, intermediary sales marketing, and brand research.
Her previous experience also includes building and leading the advisor marketing team at TD Wealth, managing the global brand and digital marketing strategy for RBC Wealth Management. She also led the online store for Education marketing efforts for Apple Canada, as well as managed various integrated marketing programs and strategic planning at BMO.
