Natasa Desnica has a diverse work experience in the fields of body psychotherapy, medicine, and sports. Natasa is currently a member of the European Association for Body Psychotherapy. Natasa has also served in various roles within sports organizations, such as being a member of the health commission for the Croatian Olympic Committee, president of the health commission for the Croatian Cycling Association and Croatian Alpine Skiing Team, and a physician for the Croatian Basketball Association. Additionally, they have been involved in the medical commission for the Croatian Rowing Association. Natasa has also worked as a lifestyle medicine consultant for GlycanAge and as a health services coordinator for the International Ski and Snowboard Federation.

Natasa Desnica's education history begins in 1988 when they enrolled at the School of Medicine University of Zagreb. Natasa completed their medical education at this institution in 1995, although the degree name and field of study are not specified.

Natasa attended the XXVII FIMS World Congress of Sports Medicine in 2002, received certifications in sports traumatology and orthopedics at the School of Medicine University of Zagreb in 2006, and acquired further expertise in sports medicine through certifications from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in 2009 and 2010. Natasa also received certifications in various specialized areas such as kinesio taping, head injury prevention, and aerobic performance assessment from recognized institutions and organizations in the field.
