Sheen SahebAli

Sheen SahebAli has a diverse work experience in various scientific and research roles. Sheen started their career as an exchange researcher at City University of Nagoya and later worked as a PhD student at Hasselt University, where they focused on analyzing neurotransmitters in oligodendrocytes and managing a cell culture laboratory. Sheen then joined Eindhoven University of Technology as an independent researcher, creating microfluidic designs for biomedical research and setting up collaborative projects. At Bilthoven Biologicals, they worked as an analytical researcher. Sheen then returned to Eindhoven University of Technology as a lab coordinator and senior scientist, managing interdisciplinary research laboratories and specialized equipment. After transferring to Glycostem Therapeutics, they held various positions including program manager, research advisor, and operations executive. In these roles, they focused on production, development, logistics, and improving the production process of therapeutic products.

Sheen SahebAli completed a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences with a focus on Microbiology from Fontys University of Professional Education between the years 2000 and 2004. Following this, they pursued a prestigious Master's degree in Biomolecular Sciences, specializing in Cellular Architecture and Dynamics, from the University of Utrecht from 2004 to 2006.
