Richa Gupta

Richa Gupta has worked in various roles across a range of companies since 2008. Richa began their career at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst, followed by a role as International Distribution & Syndication at The Walt Disney Company in 2013. In 2015, they moved to Treebo Hotels as HR BP Lead, before taking on the role of Talent Consultant at Jiny in 2019. In 2020, they joined Meyrahkee as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and in 2021 they began working as a Talent Advisor for SafeGold. Richa is also currently working as an Independent Consultant and Human Resources Consultant for SALT - mysaltapp.

Richa Gupta received their MBA in Marketing Management from S P Jain School of Global Management in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell in 2008. In December 2022, they obtained the certification of HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn.
