Clare Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Clare currently serves as the Head of Customer Insights & Engagement at GMHBA Limited since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Customer Retention Manager at GMHBA Limited from July 2019 to June 2022. From August 2017 to July 2019, Clare held the position of Customer Insights Manager at GMHBA Limited.

Clare Thompson studied at La Trobe University from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing.
