Pankaj Jha

Pankaj Jha has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Pankaj is currently the Vice President at GMMCO Ltd since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Caterpillar Inc. as the General Sales Manager from September 2015 to March 2023, and as the Regional Marketing Manager from December 2012 to September 2015. Pankaj also worked at GE Energy as a Regional Marketing Manager from April 2011 to December 2012, at Cummins India as the Head of Strategy and Business Excellence from April 2010 to April 2011, and at Westport Innovations as a Business Strategist from October 2008 to October 2009. Pankaj completed their MBA from Johnson @ Cornell University in 2008, where they led various consulting projects. Prior to that, they worked at Cummins as a Senior Engineer from October 2003 to May 2007. Pankaj also has experience in the Defence R&D Organization as a Scientist Engineer from January 1998 to December 2000, and at Hindalco Industries Ltd as a Quality Engineer from July 1997 to January 1998.

Pankaj Jha holds a Senior Executive Leadership Program certificate from Harvard Business School, completed in 2019. Pankaj also has an MBA in Business Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, which they obtained in 2008. In 2003, they earned an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell, where they earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997.
