Elaine Ambrozaitis (Dulaney)

Elaine (Dulaney) Ambrozaitis has extensive experience in software development and quality assurance, currently serving as a ServiceNow Developer at GMO since May 2006. In this role, Elaine is responsible for the development and maintenance of SOC controlled applications within ServiceNow, including workflows and various automation tools. Additionally, Elaine has held the position of Lead Business/QA Analyst & Project Manager, acting as the Product Owner of the ServiceNow platform, overseeing the implementation of multiple process solutions such as Incident/Request Management and Change Management. Previously, Elaine worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a QA Analyst, managing software quality projects throughout their lifecycle. Elaine graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2003 with a BA in Legal Studies and Sociology.
