Rodney Lastinger

Rodney Lastinger serves as the Chief Operating Officer at GNC since December 2024. Prior to this role, Rodney was President of Conn's HomePlus from June 2019 to December 2024, overseeing all retail operations for 170 stores, 11 distribution centers, and multiple service facilities. Rodney's extensive experience at Target from January 2001 to January 2019 included various senior leadership positions, culminating in Senior Vice President, where management of a region comprised of 565 stores and 85,000 team members was achieved, generating over $21 billion in sales. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from Florida State University and an MBA in Management from Stetson University.
