Şahin Qarakişiyev

Şahin Qarakişiyev serves as a Coordinator at Gənclərin İnkişaf və Karyera Mərkəzi since February 2020, where responsibilities include implementing projects for youth, supervising activities in regional offices, and ensuring accountability in accordance with youth needs. Previously, Şahin held the position of Director, focusing on project organization, team coordination, analysis, and decision-making. From December 2018 to February 2020, Şahin worked as the Facility Manager at Heydər Əliyev Mərkəzi, overseeing service personnel, improving operational conditions, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment. Şahin holds a Bachelor's degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
