Jack Dykstra has extensive experience in law enforcement and human resources management. Since June 2016, Jack has served as Human Resources Manager and Organizational Development Manager at GNS North America in Holland. Prior to this role, Jack spent nearly three decades at the City of Holland, reaching the rank of Police Captain with responsibilities over uniformed officers and various specialized teams, including SWAT and Community Policing. Jack has also held significant positions such as Captain of Administrative Services and as President of the Holland Police Officers Association. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Grand Valley State University and completion of the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University.
