Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson has extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, currently serving at Ascenda since December 2010 in various capacities including Enterprise IT Strategies for UCaaS/CCaaS and Cloud Migration Engineer. As a Senior Project Manager/Coordinator, Erik leads the Project Implementation team, overseeing multiple aspects of project management for ATI's communications products and services. This includes business telecom consultations, design, installation, and ongoing support, as well as specialized solutions in IP telephony, call centers, and network analysis. Erik holds certifications as a ShoreTel Certified Installer and in ShoreTel's Enterprise Contact Center and Reporting. Prior to Ascenda, Erik worked as a Member Services Coordinator at IMACC from March 2009 to January 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University.
