Emmanuel Salorio

Emmanuel Salorio is a co-founder of Go Ask A Local, an online travel marketplace launched in June 2021 that connects independent travelers with local experts for personalized trip planning. Prior to this role, Emmanuel gained extensive experience in luxury travel as a tour guide for Butterfield & Robinson from 2018 to 2023, leading cycling tours in Italy and Spain while developing itineraries and coordinating logistics. Emmanuel's background in education includes instructing English as a Second Language at OTB English and Manchester Adult and Continuing Education, as well as serving as a graduate teaching assistant at Central Connecticut State University. Emmanuel holds a Master of Science in TESOL and Second Language Acquisition from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Italian Literature from the University of Connecticut.
