Archana R. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a CG Generalist at Underground Worm. In 2014, they worked as a 3D Animator at Anibrain before joining Cutting Chai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Design Consultant in 2016. At Cutting Chai Technologies Pvt. Ltd., they worked until 2019.

In 2021, Archana R. worked at ECHO India as a Design Consultant from May to December. Archana then joined Crejo.Fun as an Art Director in June 2021 and worked until July 2022. In the same year, they also worked as a Senior Designer at GoodWorker from July to October.
