Albertha Brown, MSM, currently serves as the Director of Community Partnerships at Great Oaks Charter School since August 2022 and has held the position of Director of Climate and Culture at Great Oaks Charter Schools since August 2014. Additionally, Albertha is the Chief Executive Officer of Edifying Women Eternally since October 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Organizer at FaithActs for Education, Co-Owner of Elite, LLC, Supervisor of Academic Assistants at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, Assistant Director at PARK CITY PREP CHARTER SCHOOL, and Campus Director at both Branford Hall Career Institute and Gibbs College in Farmington, CT. Albertha holds a Master's degree in Management from Albertus Magnus College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Communications from Central Connecticut State University.
