Sugam Anand

Sugam Anand is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as Product Design Lead/Manager at Gojek since July 2018. Sugam has been instrumental in developing Gojek PLUS, a subscription service encompassing multiple Gojek offerings, while enhancing customer care experiences across its products. Previous roles at Gojek include Senior Product Designer, focusing on search and recommendations for GoFood, and Product Designer, contributing to growth and monetization strategies. Sugam also has experience as an Interaction Designer and a User Experience Design Intern at Microsoft, along with a solid background at MAQ Software.
