Joe Mear

Previously, Joe held the position of Head of Commercial at Go North West, overseeing network planning and ticketing. In addition, Joe is a Director at Greater Manchester Travelcards Limited and has held roles such as Network Manager and Network Planner at Arriva Yorkshire, focusing on network development and service reliability.
