Donna Helphrey

Donna Helphrey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the field of talent acquisition. Donna currently holds the position of VP Talent at Go1, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, Donna worked at Groupon for over a decade, starting as a Director of Talent Acquisition in September 2010 and later becoming a Senior Director, overseeing the global talent acquisition function. At Groupon, they were responsible for hiring, branding, and coordinating the end-to-end employee experience. Before joining Groupon, Donna worked at North Bridge Staffing Group as the Director of Recruiting, where they managed a team of recruiters, performed performance evaluations, and introduced direct recruiting efforts through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Indeed.com.
