Jess Collins, MBA, currently serves as Partner Success Director and previously held the role of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Go1 since October 2021. Prior to this, Jess was a Senior Customer Success Manager and Client Services Associate at Carbonite from July 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included acting as the primary business contact for EVault and conducting proactive account reviews. Jess gained initial experience as a Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments, a Senior Financial Analyst at Micro Bizz Marketing, and a Manager at both Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill and Jamba Juice. Jess holds a Master of Business Administration from Westminster University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah.
