Ron Vigil

Ron Vigil, MHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at GOAL Academy since June 2021. Previously, Ron held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at the VA Health Administration, overseeing a comprehensive HR program for the VA Rocky Mountain Health Care Network, which encompasses multiple healthcare systems across several states. Ron also worked as the District Director of Human Resources for Kindred Healthcare, managing HR operations for various nursing centers in several states. Ron's career began in the U.S. Navy, where Ron served as a Senior HR Leader for over two decades. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Relations with a focus on Inclusive Leadership from the University of Oklahoma Graduate College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from UOP.
