Greg Sandler

Gregory Sandler (“Greg”) is a commercially minded attorney with over 20 years of legal experience primarily in the asset management and consumer finance sectors. He is currently Chief Compliance Officer of Goal Investment Management as well as Senior Corporate Counsel at Goal Solutions. Greg was previously Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Idea Financial. He also served as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at both Beyond Finance as well as Spruce Finance.

Earlier in his career, Greg was a Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Bayview Asset Management, LLC, an asset manager with over $14B in AUM while Greg was there, and a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP, a large international law firm. He has also held in-house counsel roles at Camulos Capital LP and Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. At various points in his career, Greg has had responsibility for operational efficiency, capital markets, securitization, commercial transactional work, strategic planning, corporate governance and managing outside counsel. Greg was elected to Phi Beta Kappa during his undergraduate years at the University of Wisconsin.
