Christina Manalo has worked in various roles in the hospitality and finance industries since 2004. Christina began their career as an Assistant Manager at Darden in 2004, where they completed the Leadership program. In 2010, they became a Food and Beverage Manager at Stanford Park Hotel, where they managed 3 food and beverage outlets and assisted in coordinating 20+ events. In 2012, they became an Operations Manager at Alternative Eats, where they co-managed 2 counter service restaurants and trained two managers. In 2015, they became a Sales Operations Associate at Movoto, where they managed agent accounts and increased revenue by $400K. In 2016, they became a Closing Specialist at RealtyShares, where they closed an average of 30 loans per month resulting in $27 Million dollars in transactions and $4.9 million in annual revenue. In 2017, they became a Business Operations Lead at Movoto, where they focused on two Business Development projects for revenue growth and product expansion, managed the collections for the referral service resulting in $570,000 in revenue, and developed the accounting/commission process.
