Sofia Voz has extensive experience in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Sofia began their career in 2010 as a Program Manager at Treehouse - Giving Foster Kids a Childhood and a Future. In 2012, they joined City Year Seattle / King County as a Program Director, then Senior Program Manager, and eventually Managing Director, Impact. In 2019, they began working for City Year as National Managing Director, Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion & Equity (DBIE) and National Director, Staff Learning & Practice. In 2021, they joined Zulily as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Goalbook. Additionally, since 2018, Sofia has been a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant at Sofia Voz Consulting.
Sofia Voz obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration (Non-Profit Management & Education Policy) from the University of Washington between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, Political Science from Seattle University between 2003 and 2007.
