Keith Brewer

Keith Brewer is currently the COO at Gobble. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at Nourish Inc from June 2020 to March 2021. Keith was responsible for the development and tactical execution of company’s operational strategic initiatives, including complete oversight of P&L, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Establishing KPI's, Team Building, Vendor Relations, Company Culinary Operations, Product Development, Logistics, Facilities, and Safety Programs.

From November 2013 to June 2020, Keith was the Vice President Supply Chain at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery. Keith was responsible for supply chain strategic development and tactical execution to protect the Brand’s equity, support growth, and increase the Company’s value and profitability. Their operational areas of responsibilities included Full P&L expense management for G&A, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Sourcing, Logistics, Vendor / Client Relations, Team Building, Product Development, and Quality Assurance.

Keith was also the General Manager at The Posh Bakery, Inc. from January 2010 to December 2013 and at Specialty Baking, Inc. from December 1990 to December 2009.
