Senior Product Operations Analyst at GoCardless

Alex d'Annunzio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Alex is currently working as a Senior Product Operations Analyst at GoCardless since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ops Stories as part of the Core Team starting in June 2019.

In 2020, Alex held multiple positions. Alex was the Product Operations - Performance Lead at Onfido from November 2020 to December 2021. Alex also co-founded Furlouvailable in April 2020, where they served as a Co-Founder until March 2021. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Consultant at Handlebars from September 2020 to December 2020.

Preceding this, Alex worked at JustPark from September 2019 to August 2020, initially as a Head of Customer and later as part of the Business Operations team. Prior to JustPark, they were at Arbor Education Partners from September 2015 to February 2019. There, they held multiple roles, including Head Of Customer Success, Senior Programme Manager, and Engagement Manager. As an Engagement Manager, they were responsible for managing client needs, creating status reports, and leading strategic engagements with clients.

Before Arbor Education Partners, Alex had roles at CoSchool from June 2015 to September 2015. In CoSchool, they served as a Project Manager and Director of Curriculum (Nuquí – Ministerio de Educación) and as a Project and Education Manager (CampCo). Their responsibilities included logistic management of projects, curriculum design, stakeholder communications and negotiations, and programme delivery.

Alex also has experience in the education sector. Alex worked as a Teacher at Reach Academy Feltham from July 2013 to November 2014, where they were the Head Numeracy planner for Reception and the Head Science coordinator for Year 1. Prior to that, they were a Year Group Manager at Whitmore Primary School from September 2010 to July 2013. In this role, they managed and trained staff, provided mentoring and support to trainee teachers, and led support for lesson planning and teaching strategies.

Alex d'Annunzio obtained a Bachelor's Degree in French and Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham between 2006 and 2010. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) in Primary Education at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2010 to 2011. Apart from their formal education, Alex also holds a PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification from The Knowledge Academy.
