Carlo Theiss has a diverse work experience history. Carlo started their career at HAWE Hydraulik in 2014, where they completed an internship in Business Controlling. In 2015, they interned at Snowpass GmbH, specializing in Marketing Operations. From 2016 to 2017, Carlo worked at Rocket Internet SE - Caterwings, focusing on Business Operations and Vendor Partner Management. Carlo then joined PayPal in 2019 as a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, where they provided technical consultation to top-tier merchants, created solution designs, and collaborated with developer teams. Currently, they are employed at GoCardless since 2020, starting as a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer and later promoted to the role of Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer.
