Caspar Paxton

Caspar Paxton has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Caspar began their career as an intern in Channel 4's Strategy Department in 2015. Later that year, they also worked as an Analytics Intern at Your.MD. In 2016, Caspar joined L.E.K. Consulting, starting as an Associate and eventually progressing to the role of Consultant. Caspar worked at L.E.K. Consulting until 2021. In 2021, Caspar joined GoCardless as a Senior Associate in Strategy and Business Operations. Caspar was later promoted to Manager in the same department and then became the Chief of Staff to the CTO in 2023, where they are currently employed.

Caspar Paxton pursued their education in the field of Economics. From 2011 to 2014, they attended the University of Sussex, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Caspar furthered their education at the University of Cambridge from 2014 to 2015, graduating with a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Economics.
