Drew Holland has extensive experience in internal communication and culture, with a focus on employee communications. Drew has held various leadership roles in reputable companies. Drew started their career at BBC in 2003 as a Producer for BBC Radio. Later, they worked as a Communications Producer at BBC from 2007 to 2009. Drew then joined Thomson Reuters as a Communications Specialist, where they managed global communication and engagement efforts. Drew moved on to Sainsbury's as a Senior Communications Specialist on a fixed-term basis, managing internal events and stakeholder management. In 2011, Drew joined EE as a Senior Communications Manager, overseeing internal communications for the company's launch. Drew then transitioned to MPC, where they assumed the role of Global Head of Internal Communications, responsible for leading the internal communication efforts across different global offices. Following this, Drew worked at House of Fraser as Head of Internal Communications for a brief period. Drew later joined Photobox Group, first as a Senior Communications Specialist on an interim basis and then as the Head of Employee Communications. Currently, Drew is employed at GoCardless, where they hold the position of Head of Internal Communication & Culture.
Drew Holland attended St Thomas More High School without obtaining a degree. After completing high school, they enrolled at Tynemouth College from 1997 to 1999, pursuing A-Levels in English Literature, Photography, and Media Studies. Following this, Drew pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Production at the University of Sunderland from 2001 to 2003.
