Pinar Meltem Bilginer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. She started her career at VUBIQUITY in 2014 as a Service Delivery Coordinator, where she implemented a content management and tracking workflow, optimizing production work and maintaining efficiency. In 2016, she joined ajoen as a Project Coordinator, where her responsibilities included ensuring successful project delivery, managing progress, and facilitating communication between the product team and B2B clients. In 2018, she transitioned to OpenPayd as a Junior Project Manager (Ops), overseeing and managing projects throughout her development cycle, mapping out operational processes, and promoting collaboration across different departments. She then advanced to the role of Operations Executive (Product) at OpenPayd, where she were responsible for implementing and tracking product requirements, collaborating on product strategies, and organizing the product development process.
