Rebecca Taggart

Rebecca Taggart, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rebecca started their career at Exit Real Estate Results in 2009, where they initially served as a Weekend Receptionist, handling incoming calls and performing administrative tasks. Rebecca later transitioned to an Administrative Assistant role within the Investments and Property Management departments, where they sourced potential investment properties, maintained databases, and led team meetings.

In 2014, Rebecca joined Central Florida Title Center as a Closing Processor, responsible for managing the closing process for real estate transactions. Rebecca then moved on to Aon Hewitt in 2016, working as a Customer Service Representative and later as an HR Customer Service Representative II.

Rebecca's next career move was to Alight Solutions in 2016, where they started as a Senior Customer Care Representative and eventually became a Client Specialist. Rebecca provided assistance and support to clients and demonstrated their expertise in client relations.

Most recently, Rebecca joined GoCo.io, Inc. in 2020, holding multiple roles within the company. Rebecca started as an Implementation Specialist, assisting in the implementation of software solutions for clients. Rebecca then took on the role of Senior Platform Implementor, involved in the implementation and optimization of the company's platform. Currently, they serve as a Benefit Administration Specialist, handling various administrative tasks related to employee benefits.

Rebecca Taggart, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a focus in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Florida, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have earned several certifications, including "Learning Excel: Data Analysis" from LinkedIn in August 2022, and the "SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)" certification from SHRM in June 2023. Rebecca also holds a duplicate "SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)" certification from SHRM, also obtained in June 2023.
