Iva Lukanova

Iva Lukanova has a diverse range of work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and administration. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Reflective Solutions. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Human Resources Lead for Bulgaria at Taulia Inc., where they were responsible for GDPR compliance, talent acquisition, and HR administration. In 2018, they joined Wealth Effect Management as a Site Operations Manager, overseeing administration, HR management, and employee onboarding. Iva then moved on to SellerCloud in 2019, assuming the role of Human Resources and Administration Lead, where they managed talent acquisition, team coaching, and performance reviews. Most recently, they worked at Melon as the Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Manager and later as the Talent Acquisition Lead. In both roles, they focused on recruiting and employee experience. In 2021, they joined Consensus as the Human Resources Lead for Europe.

Iva Lukanova completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2010. Iva then pursued a Master of Science degree in Press and Media, graduating after one semester in 2012 from the same university. There is no specific field of study provided for either degree.
