Tyler Pedersen

Tyler Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tyler started their career as a Customer Service Associate at Schlotzsky's from 1995 to 1999. In 2002, they joined Convergys as a Customer Service Associate and worked there until 2008. At Aerotek, Tyler held the role of Senior Accounts Executive from 2008 to 2014, specializing in technical recruiting for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) division. From 2014 to 2021, Tyler worked at HireVue as a Sr. Customer Success Director, where they were responsible for strategic account management, leading business reviews, establishing ROI, and serving as a subject matter expert. Currently, Tyler is employed at Consensus as a Strategic Account Director.

Tyler Pedersen obtained a High School Diploma in Sociology from Bingham High School from 1999 to 2002. Tyler then attended the University of Utah from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Additionally, they obtained the Digital Recruiter Certification from SHRM in December 2012 and the Certified Internet Recruiter/CIR certification from AIRS in June 2011.
