Samora Reid

Samora Reid is a seasoned web developer with extensive experience in frontend development, specializing in Angular applications. Currently serving as a Frontend Developer at GoContractor, Samora collaborates with cross-functional teams, refactoring legacy code and enhancing new features while implementing rigorous testing standards. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at Saadian Technologies, where Samora co-developed a large-scale Angular web application and served as a mentor to junior developers. As a Web Strategy Consultant, Samora developed a significant web application for carnival bands and co-founded Medirevu, creating mobile applications to enhance healthcare engagement. Samora holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Kingston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Management from The University of the West Indies.
