C.J. Wauters

C.J. is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He focuses on the representation of public companies with respect to offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law compliance matters. He also has experience relating to private securities offerings and general corporate and fiduciary matters.

While in law school, C.J. served as an intern for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Anne Walsh Bradley.
