Mallika Mutreja

Mallika Mutreja's work experience includes various roles in human resources at different companies. Mallika is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Godrej Agrovet Limited. Prior to this, they worked at Unilever, where their roles included HR Head - Finance and Reward Head, South Asia; Head HR - Reward, South Asia; GM HR - Research & Development, South Asia and Global Skin Cleansing; Reward Manager, India; HR Services Delivery Lead, India; HR Business Partner - Customer Development (Sales); Factory HR Manager - Goa factory; and Business Leadership Trainee - HR.

Mallika Mutreja earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from R.A.Podar College of Commerce & Economics in 2007. Mallika later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A) in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, completed from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they received a certification in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
