Shalom Iredia-Martins, MBA, currently serves as Brand Manager for the Hair Care Category at Godrej Consumer Products Limited since June 2022, previously holding the position of Area Sales Manager after an internship in Sales & Marketing Strategy. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Dreamspaces Development Limited, where an achievement of exceeding sales targets by 70% was noted, and as a Technical Solutions Consultant at icubed solutions, contributing to organizational efficiency with significant improvements in turnaround times. Shalom also served as the Website Manager for GEMSTONE Nation Builders Foundation, where website optimization strategies resulted in an 80% increase in organic traffic.
