Fernanda Parente has a diverse range of work experience. Fernanda is currently working as a Project Lead for GoetheVRsum at Goethe-Institut e.V. Fernanda has previously held roles such as Member of the Programme Committee at republica GmbH and Lecturer in Artistic Practice in the Metavse at The Berlin University of the Arts. Fernanda has also been a Lecturer for Converging Technological Trends at HMKW University of Applied Sciences for Media, Communication and Management, as well as a Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director at Rosy DX. Fernanda has served as a Guest Lecturer at Kufstein Tirol University of Applied Sciences and as a Co-founder and Curator at Selektor Berlin. Additionally, they have worked as a Programme Curator for Future Affairs at re:publica and as a Lecturer at Hochschule Macromedia | Macromedia University of Applied Sciences. Fernanda's past experience also includes founding and being the Artistic Director of Shebeen Flick - Irish Film Festival Berlin.
Fernanda Parente completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications & PR at UERJ from 1998 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Cultural Event Management at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology from 2008 to 2009.
