Kate Davies

Kate Davies has had an extensive career in the professional services industry. Kate began their career in 1994 at Elan IT, where they held the role of Operations Director. In 2011, they moved to Experis UK & Ireland as European Deployment Lead. In 2013, they joined ManpowerGroup Solutions as RPO Solutions and Operations Director, Europe. Kate then joined Energy & Utility Skills, where they held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Acting CEO, and Operations Director. In 2019, they joined Positive Impact Consulting as Director and GoEthical as Director. Most recently, in 2022, they joined GRAYCE as Chief Operating Officer.

Kate Davies studied Business Studies at the University of Derby, graduating with a BA(Hons) in 1994. Prior to this, they attended Wroxall Abbey School from 1986 to 1990.
