Kent Duncombe

Kent Duncombe has a diverse work experience in human resources. Kent is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Comprehensive EyeCare Partners from February 2019 to July 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Genesis, including Divisional Director of Human Resources from an unknown start date to February 2019 and Regional Human Resources Director from December 2012 to May 2015. Kent also worked as a Regional Human Resource Director at Sun Healthcare Group from November 2007 to December 2012 and as the VP of People Services at Direct Financial Solutions from December 2005 to November 2007.

Kent Duncombe earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Weber State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Kent later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, completing their studies from 2000 to 2002.
