Christopher Nickel has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they were a Student Equipment Manager at Kennesaw State University and a Scout/Field Manager at Perfect Game. In 2019, they were a Baseball Operations Intern at the Casper Horseheads Baseball Club, a Student Assistant in the Box Office at Night Owl, and a Customer Care Representative at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation. In 2020, they began working at GoFan as a Customer Experience Specialist, then a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, and finally a Customer Success Manager. At Night Owl, Christopher was responsible for overseeing ticket inventory, utilizing ticketing software, developing relationships with clients, leading a team of ticket staff, preparing cash banks, and providing customer service. Christopher was also the Manager on Duty for Atlanta United 2, KSU Athletic Events, and Kennesaw State University Events.
Christopher Nickel has obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University and a Technical Specialist from Chattahoochee Technical College.
