Shannon Streiter

Customer Success Manager at GoFan

Shannon Streiter has worked in various customer service and administrative roles since 2003. Shannon began their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Imagine It! The Children's Museum of Atlanta. Shannon then took on the roles of Membership Manager and Operations Manager at the same museum. In 2006, Shannon moved to the High Museum of Art as the Manager of Visitor Services. In 2009, they joined Nyloplast-ADS as a CSR for the West Coast Sales. In 2011, they became an Inside Sales Rep at RTS Packaging LLC, A Division of RockTenn. From 2013-2017, Shannon worked at Niles Bolton Associates as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant. In 2017, they began volunteering and coordinating programs at I CARE Seniors. From 2018-2020, Shannon was an Account Manager and Enrollment Advisor at Education Dynamics. Shannon is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at GoFan since 2022.

Shannon Streiter graduated from Georgia State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
