Rafael Fiorini

Rafael Fiorini has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles.

Rafael started their career as a Monitor on Science of Materials at PUC Minas in 2018. Rafael then worked as a Project Designer at Baja PUC Minas, where they were responsible for the projection and installation of off-road cart skeletons.

In 2019, Rafael joined Usina Jr as a Business Assistant, focusing on controlling the company's economy and working on contracts. Rafael later became the Vice President of Usina Jr, where they set up the enterprise's goals, managed project quality, and commanded the team.

In 2020, Rafael worked as a Research and Development Intern at Vallourec, where they developed projects from idea to product manufacture and analyzed test results. Rafael also worked as a Project Assistant at Usina Jr, managing projects from proposal to execution and final presentation.

At RHI Magnesita, Rafael held two internship roles. As a Process Intern, they implemented the Package Consumption project and participated in daily and maintenance meetings. As a LEAN Intern, they developed and optimized smart databases, monitored processes and results, and proposed sustainable and economical solutions.

In 2021, Rafael worked as a Front-End Developer as a freelancer on platforms like Upwork and Workana, as well as for programming agencies, specializing in JS, React, and Vue.js. Later, they joined T-Systems as a Full Stack Junior Developer, where they worked until 2023.

Currently, Rafael is employed at Orbee and GoFasti as a Software Engineer.

From 2018 to 2022, Rafael attended Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they pursued a degree in Metallurgy Engineering.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they studied Mechanical Engineering at PUC Minas.

Their earlier education took place at Colégio Batista Mineiro, where they attended from 2008 to 2016, although the degree obtained during this period is not specified.

Additionally, Rafael obtained a certification in "Desenvolvedor JAVA + Angular" from ProWay in December 2022.
