Rafael Fiorini has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles.
Rafael started their career as a Monitor on Science of Materials at PUC Minas in 2018. Rafael then worked as a Project Designer at Baja PUC Minas, where they were responsible for the projection and installation of off-road cart skeletons.
In 2019, Rafael joined Usina Jr as a Business Assistant, focusing on controlling the company's economy and working on contracts. Rafael later became the Vice President of Usina Jr, where they set up the enterprise's goals, managed project quality, and commanded the team.
In 2020, Rafael worked as a Research and Development Intern at Vallourec, where they developed projects from idea to product manufacture and analyzed test results. Rafael also worked as a Project Assistant at Usina Jr, managing projects from proposal to execution and final presentation.
