Emily Porta

Emily Porta has been working in human resources for over five years. Emily started their career as a benefits specialist at Mission Healthcare. Emily then became an HR business partner and helped streamline the recruiting process for departments such as sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations. In January 2019, they were promoted to Constellation Software where they manage all aspects of the hiring and onboarding processes for three companies: Z57, Zurple, and Real Estate Digital. Emily is also responsible for leading new hire and benefits orientation for new employees in the San Diego office.

Emily Porta has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati in Communication from 2005-2009. Emily was Treasurer for Theta Phi Alpha and Public Relations Student Society of America during their time there. Emily also has a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
